Privacy Policy
This covers the Mini Velvet Games website (minivelvetgames.com) and the Bubble Craps app for Android. The short version: there are no accounts, the games are play money only, and we never ask who you are.
Last updated October 22, 2026.
What stays on your device
- Your chips, bets, high scores and settings are saved on your own phone or browser. We never see them.
- Your cards and dice are dealt and rolled on your device.
What we collect, and why
- How the games get played. To see what to improve, we keep a short report of each visit: the pages and games opened, how many rounds were played, which settings and dice machines were used, the dice totals rolled in Bubble Craps, the type of device and screen size, the sound setting, the site that sent you, and your rough location (city, region and country, from your internet address, which itself is not stored). A random number tells a returning visitor from a new one. It goes to our own private notes, not to anyone else.
- Errors. If a game breaks on your screen, the error message is sent to us so we can fix it.
- The leaderboard, only if you choose it. When you tap Add to leaderboard, the nickname you pick, the country you pick (and state, in the US) and your high scores are kept on our server and shown publicly, with a random number standing for your phone. Don't use your real name unless you want to.
- On the website only: Google Analytics counts visits and which games get played, using cookies. Where the law requires it, we ask first and set nothing until you say yes, and the About page has an off switch. Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies, gives us a second count. The Android app uses neither.
In the Bubble Craps app: ads and Remove Ads
- Video ads, only when you ask. When you run out of chips, you can watch a short video for a fresh stack. The videos come from Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID, your rough location and information about the device and how you interact with the ad, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. See how Google uses data in ads. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks first, and Ad privacy choices in the app's menu changes your answer. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- Remove Ads. The one-time Remove Ads purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details; Google tells the app only that the purchase was made. After it, no ads are shown and AdMob is no longer started.
- No chips or play money are ever sold, and nothing can be won or cashed out.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts, and the app asks for no special permissions.
- We don't sell anything about you, and we share nothing except as above (Google, for ads and purchases in the app).
Adults only
The games are casino games for adults (18 and over) and are not meant for children. We don't knowingly collect anything from children. If you think a child has added a nickname to the leaderboard, tell us and we'll take it off.
Keeping and removing
- Visit reports are kept in our private notes for as long as they're useful for improving the games.
- To have a leaderboard nickname and its scores removed, or to ask anything about your data, email hello@minivelvetgames.com. Clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling it, removes everything kept on your phone.
Play money only
Nothing here can be bought, won or cashed out, and there are no prizes. If gambling ever stops being fun for you or someone you know, free, confidential help is available: in the US, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
